Attending your appointment with oily or dirty hair will affect the way your hair lightens because of the oil barrier. Wash your hair 2 days prior to attending your colour appointment.

Don’t use any grey touch up mascara’s or sprays for 1-2 weeks prior to your colour. *Tip : these should also be salon quality buying these from supermarket can cause serious breakage.

Don’t use PURPLE shampoo for at least 2 weeks or more before your colour appointment.
